Terms & Disclaimers

Fuel is billed based on the actual gallons dispensed at the time of delivery, calculated at the current local market rate plus a delivery fee.
At booking, a temporary authorization hold is placed on your card (typically $100–$150, depending on vehicle type). This is not a final charge.
After delivery, you are charged only for the actual gallons dispensed plus the delivery fee.
Any unused portion of the authorization hold is released by your bank within 3–5 business days. Processing times may vary by financial institution.

For unattended fueling, a valid card authorization must be in place before delivery.
By booking unattended service, you authorize Roll & Fill to access your vehicle/equipment fuel tank and complete the delivery without your presence.
Roll & Fill is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by locked, obstructed, or inaccessible tanks.

Customers must ensure vehicles/equipment are legally parked, safe to access, and located at the address provided in the booking.
Fuel caps must be accessible. Roll & Fill will secure caps after fueling but is not responsible for pre-existing conditions or leaks.
Any misrepresentation of vehicle/equipment type, fuel type, or location may result in cancellation and applicable fees.

Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
If Roll & Fill arrives and is unable to complete service due to customer-related issues (locked tanks, inaccessible vehicle, incorrect address), a minimum service fee may apply.
If Roll & Fill cannot complete service due to operational issues under our control, no charges will apply.
Roll & Fill is not liable for cancellations caused by weather, traffic, or other conditions beyond our control.

Fleet and marine clients may qualify for recurring billing or invoicing arrangements. Additional terms may apply.
Standard unattended fueling terms and customer responsibilities still apply unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Roll & Fill is not responsible for damages caused by faulty fuel systems, pre-existing leaks, or misuse of delivered fuel.
Roll & Fill assumes no liability for delays caused by weather, traffic, or other external conditions.
By booking service, the customer agrees to these terms and authorizes Roll & Fill to dispense fuel on their behalf.
